With fall just around the corner, all of our favorite streetwear brands are releasing their new lookbooks. Here are the three menswear designers and trends you should look to for inspiration this upcoming season:
Aimé Leon Dore Reimagines the Classics
Aimé Leon Dore just dropped their FW24 lookbook modeled by rapper and producer Mach-Hommy. This season, they’re giving their own take on classic pieces in a fall color palette of grays, reds, oranges, browns, and greens. For example, there are timeless layers, such as a sweater with a striped button-down underneath as well as a tie-waist wool peacoat. We also spot a GORE-TEX baseball cap collaboration too. Expect luxe fabrics and tailored fits that evoke nostalgia while maintaining modern appeal.
Hailing from Queens, NY, we can always rely on this brand to hone in on what they describe as “simple yet powerful design,” creating timeless work by focusing on their own unique aesthetic. Their designs emphasize a balance between contemporary trends and chic influences, reflecting a deep understanding of both high fashion and streetwear. This season’s offerings continue to showcase their commitment to quality craftsmanship and understated elegance.
Stüssy Brings Back Flannels
With 21 new looks styled by Landon Ebeling and photograped by Liam MacRae, Stüssy focuses on closet staples this season, taking a more casual approach to fall ’24 dressing. Flannels are very in, as they opt for light and heavyweight shirts layered alongside knitted sweaters and insulated outerwear. Remaining true to their easygoing yet singular approach to fashion, there are relaxed fleece crews, leather coats, denim trucker jackets, knee-length shorts and racer jackets.
Their first delivery is currently available worldwide at select chapter stores and stussy.com. Expect a variety of textures and patterns that embrace the essence of autumn while maintaining Stüssy’s signature laid-back style.
Supreme Remains a Go-To Streetwear Brand
Always a mainstay when it comes to streetwear brands, Supreme went all out with their jackets in their latest drop. We love the black oversized embossed leather zip-up paired with a silver-bejeweled balaclava, the timeless two-toned puffer, and the medieval-printed denim. As with Stüssy, we see the resurgence of plaid coming forward in their fall/winter series. With quite the range, there’s no shortage of sweatshirts, tops, pants, hats, and accessories in this expansive collection.
For collaborations, there are all-new Nike Air Force 1 Mids in black and white colorways, outerwear designs by Mister Cartoon and Frank Frazetta, and a Tyler, The Creator tee. We also adore the necklaces by Jacob & Co and Swarovski box cutters.
These fall/winter pieces are set to come out in regular weekly releases, starting on August 22.
