When we think of the beauty looks behind the fashion month calendar, we often focus exclusively on the makeup artists and hair stylists for the women’s runway shows. However, this season, we’re delving into the often-overlooked beauty of the Milan and Paris men’s fashion weeks.
Lynsey Alexander and Guido Palau for Prada

Guido Palau, who did Dolce & Gabbana as well, did the hair for Prada. Lynsey Alexander, the Global Creative Makeup Artist for Prada, used Prada Beauty on models for their FW25 Menswear show in Milan.
Pat McGrath and Karim Belghiran for Louis Vuitton

Pat McGrath is one of the top makeup artists each fashion month. Last season, her artistry was all over the runways, from Bottega Veneta to Versace to Dolce & Gabanna. To get the Louis Vuitton look, McGrath used Divine Skin: Rose 001 The Essence, Skin Fetish: Sublime Perfection Foundation & Concealer, Skin Fetish: Sublime Perfection Blurring Under-Eye Powder and Lip Fetish Sheet Color Balm in Clear complimented by hair by Karim Belghiran. For skincare, models were prepped with Humanrace‘s face and body creams.
Karla Quiñonez León for 3.Paradis

Creative Director Emeric Tchatchoua brought on Karla Quiñonez León for his 3.Paradis show, who used products by The Ordinary and Milk Makeup. Capturing the chill of winter, for the frosted snow looks we saw, she achieved this with the Ice Effect kit by Kryolan.
Kanako Yoshida and Michaël Delmas for Kiko Kostadinov

In Paris, makeup artist Kanako Yoshida and hair stylist Michaël Delmas took on Kiko Kostadinov’s AW 2025 show. The collarbone-length red hair was a highlight.
Jenneke Croubels and Charlie Le Mindu for Walter Van Beirendonck

Belgian designer Walter Van Beirendonck was one of the standout shows for men’s this season. Letting the bold designs speak for themselves (which were complimented by alien finger prosthetics), the beauty by Jenneke Croubels and Charlie Le Mindu remained more understated with clean, hydrated, healthy-looking skin and simple hair.
Daniel Sallstrom and Duffy for Rick Owens

We know we can always count on Rick Owens when we want to see something different and otherworldly. Makeup and hair are always focal points to bringing his collections and visions to life, whcih were executed by Daniel Sallstrom and Duffy.
Takeo Arai for COMME des GARÇONS Homme Plus

Another go-to designer when it comes to runway beauty inspiration is of course COMME des GARÇONS. For their Homme Plus AW25 collection, Takeo Arai did both the makeup and hair, and we noticed an emphasis on long braids.
Paul Hanlon and Yadim Carranza for Willy Chavarria

We always look forward to the Willy Chavarria shows and this season marked the designer’s first departure from the New York calendar in favor of Paris. J Balvin even cut his hair for it. Global Makeup Artist for Maison Valentino and Valentino Beauty Yadim Carranza used Mac Cosmetics and Paul Hanlon‘s hair was all about volume. To top it off, manicurist Daniel Smedeman did French and Bordeaux almond nails as well as clean-cut manicures.
