For this season’s New York Fashion Week, The Carpool Group, in partnership with the iconic creative agency IMA, hosted an exclusive showroom of collections from the next generation of luxury fashion brands. Next, they’re heading to Paris from March 6th to 11th.
Highlighting six emerging talents, these are the designers they’ve chosen to feature this season—ones they believe you should know.
Jane Wade

Jane Wade remains one of the standout names on the New York Fashion Week calendar each season. Launched in 2021 and based in NYC, her collections playfully blend workwear with office attire. Known for infusing humor into her shows, this season’s runway presentation, THE MERGER, featured none other than housewife Lisa Rinna.
Batsheva

Batsheva‘s womenswear, founded in 2016, challenges conventional ideas of feminine dress. The brand designs silhouettes that draw from various historical eras while rejecting outdated notions of womanhood.
Gabe Gordon

Brooklyn-based knitwear designer Gabe Gordon, a RISD graduate, previously interned at Gauntlett Cheng before founding his eponymous brand in 2019. He meticulously handmakes all of his garments—hand-looming, hand-dying and hand-weaving each piece. The brand recently debuted its first fragrance, Horseplay. Named after the Spring/Summer 2025 collection, it features notes of rose, hay, vetiver and leather.
AGBOBLY

Founded by Jacques Agbobly in 2020 during the pandemic, AGBOBLY is an independent design studio dedicated to amplifying Black, queer and immigrant voices. The studio’s creations challenge traditional gender binaries and embrace individuality, blending Black history, Togolese heritage and bold colors with maximalist silhouettes. Each piece is custom-made to order and crafted in-house using a hand-operated knitting machine. As stated on their website: “Our goal is to break barriers and allow our consumers the opportunity to take up space and elevate their true selves.”
esmé

esmé is an accessories line they describe as “designed to resemble a warm embrace. Like a warm hug, a hand-written note, or the sun hitting your skin, Esmé creates objects that hold you and the ones you love, closer.” They design their signature mohair scarves in Los Angeles and make them in Peru.
LL,LLC

Lia Lowenthal, an interdisciplinary artist and designer, started LL, LLC in 2027 as a New York-based jewelry brand. Worn by artists like Rosalía and Eartheater, the brand features sculptural designs influenced by cultural and archival references. LL, LLC has also collaborated with notable brands, including Martine Rose and A–Company.
