Le Labo Patchouli 24
The first time I smelled Patchouli 24 in a Le Labo boutique, I was intrigued, but not sold. One of the boutique associates, called “Souls”, ever-so-subtly told me to dab a bit on my wrist and on my neck, just behind my ear, and let it sit throughout the day. By the end of the day I’d never received more compliments and I didn’t want to take the scent off. Patchouli 24 can only be described as deep, earthy, sultry, musky (in the best way), and completely intoxicating. It’s perfect for the cold weather months, and an unexpected power move come summer.
Parfums De Marly Delina Exclusif
At $375 a bottle, I wouldn’t necessarily call this perfume a “dupe” for Love Don’t Be Shy by Kilian. What I will say is its Love Don’t Be Shy’s more worldly, well-travelled older sister. It’s at first very fruity and sweet but it’s base of vanilla and musk gives it a more well-rounded, full-bodied smell. If you’re looking for a show-stopping scent, look no further.
