5 Emerging Designers From Paris Fashion Week You Should Know About

From Florentina Leitner to Meryll Roggue, here are 5 emerging designers from Paris Fashion Week you should know about.

Now that Paris Fashion Week has ended and Fashion Month is coming to a close, the standout moments are rising to the forefront. Alessandro Michele debuted his first collection with Valentino, Vetements had a runaway bride and Chanel returned to the Palais Garnier. Coperni even closed out the week with an evening show at Disneyland Paris. The legacy houses, however, weren’t the only ones with inspired collections in jaw-dropping locations. From Florentina Leitner to Meryll Roggue, here are 5 emerging designers from Paris Fashion Week you should know about.

Florentina Leitner

Inspired by the whimsey and wonder of the 1985 film “The Last Unicorn”, Florentina Leitners SS25 collection is an ode to her youth. The collection features fun sheer dresses, carefree slouchy blouses, and a statement blue two-piece with matching tights to go with it.

Meryll Rogge

A beloved designer of Lower East Side “it” girls and a mainstay on SSENSE, Belgian-born designer Meryll Rogge is arguably one of the most anticipated emerging designers on our list. The collection, showcased at the Belgian ambassadors residence in Paris (a first in may ways), was feminine, dressy, tailored and wearable all at once.

Vautrait

A brand with a presence similar to the likes of Schiaparelli and The Row, Vautrait’s SS25 collection was timeless. Sexy and sophisticated, the brand debuted elevated yet wearable pieces that are sure to stand the test of time.

Vaillant

Vaillant Studio’s collection was a mix of elevated and everyday. Blouses were sheer without being too sexy. Evening-wear featured playful colors and unexpected texture. The standout moment of the show? A swoon-worthy feather-y black and white polka dotted coat.

Gauchere

If elevated simplicity has a name, it’s Gauchere. The brand blended muted tones with familiar, tailored silhouettes to create a collection of everyday staple pieces. If you’re adding one of these emerging designers to your wishlist, let it be Gauchere.

Kami Thomas

Kami is a fashion and features writer and editor based in Atlanta and New York City. She got her start in writing over 10 years ago and while her career has taken her on a rollercoaster of twists and turns, writing is and has always been her first love. When she's not writing, you can find Kami traveling, scouring the internet for book recommendations, or doomscrolling in the company of her sweet puppy, Myla.
